Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 (3-5 business days) or flat rate of $9 (2 business days) for all overs under $75. Orders over $75 shipping is free using SHIPFREE75 code at check out. Currently we are only serving in the US, but if you are interested in shipping a piece internationally, please reach out here.

Unless stated otherwise, your order will be shipped within 3 business days of placement unless stated otherwise and you can anticipate ~5 days or less for arrival once shipped. If your order is a gift and is going directly to the recipient, I can add a personalized note for no extra charge. Send me an email at cktatelier@gmail.com after you place your order.

If you have commissioned a piece, please allow 7 business days since placement for your order to ship. Once shipped you can anticipate ~5 days or less for arrival once shipped.

Each painting is enclosed in a clear sleeve with matte, wrapped in tissue, and mailed in a hard rigid envelope.

Returns

I want you to love your new artwork! If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Since these are original pieces refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
